Notes on Booking:

Please note our 24 BUSINESS hours (Holidays & weekends do not count as business hours) cancellation policy for reserved appointments. If you cancel/re-schedule your appointment within 24 hrs of your appointment, you will be charged a late cancellation fee (This doesn’t apply to FREE workshops). If you cancel within 12 hrs of your appointment, the full cost of the missed session will be charged to the credit card on file unless we are able to fill the appointment.

Ex: If cancelling a Monday appointment please do so by end of business Friday @ 6PM. If cancelling a Thursday appointment @ 3PM please cancel by 3PM Wednesday. If Monday is a holiday and you have an appointment on Tuesday we ask that you please cancel by end of business on the previous Friday @ 6PM.

Late Cancellation Fee Schedule: $125 – multiple occurrences will result in restricted online booking

I get it. I built HELIX Performance Physical Therapy because I’ve seen firsthand how traditional rehab often fails to truly serve athletes and active individuals.

Growing up, sports were everything to me—soccer, basketball, lacrosse, you name it. I played, coached, and studied athletic movement, earning degrees in sports biomechanics and athletic training. But when I started working in the field, I saw a problem: athletes weren’t getting the care they actually needed. They were being told to rest, stretch, or follow generic protocols that didn’t fit their sport or goals.

That’s why I created HELIX—where rehab meets performance. I’ve worked with athletes from high school to the pros—MLB, NFL, MLS—and partnered with top sports programs like Cal Berkeley to help athletes move better, perform stronger, and stay in the game longer. But whether you’re an elite competitor or just trying to stay active, my focus is the same: to help you trust your body again and get back to what you love—stronger than before.

I take the guesswork out of your rehab and training, so you don’t waste time wondering if you’re doing the right thing. Hi, I’m Meggie! As a sports physical therapist, strength and conditioning coach, athlete, and mom, I understand how important it is to stay active—and how frustrating it is when your body holds you back. Whether you’re returning from an injury, navigating a chronic issue, or looking to take your performance to the next level, I’m here to help you move forward with confidence.

My path into this profession started with my own setbacks: two ACL reconstructions from high school soccer and basketball injuries. Those experiences sparked a lifelong passion for helping others overcome obstacles, rebuild trust in their bodies, and come back stronger. Since then, I’ve worked with a wide range of athletes—from high school competitors and weekend warriors to Olympians and marathoners.

At HELIX, we believe in creating a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. My approach is grounded in that mission. I’ll meet you where you are and help guide you from recovery to sustainability—so you can move better, feel better, and do more of what you love. Every plan is personalized, every session intentional, and every step focused on building long-term resilience.

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me training at my CrossFit gym, dancing in the kitchen with my two girls, or planning our next family adventure. I bring that same energy, balance, and focus to my work—because I know how much it matters to feel strong, capable, and empowered in every season of life.
