Notes on Booking:

Please note our 24 BUSINESS hours (Holidays & weekends do not count as business hours) cancellation policy for reserved appointments. If you cancel/re-schedule your appointment within 24 hrs of your appointment, you will be charged a late cancellation fee (This doesn’t apply to FREE workshops). If you cancel within 12 hrs of your appointment, the full cost of the missed session will be charged to the credit card on file unless we are able to fill the appointment.

Ex: If cancelling a Monday appointment please do so by end of business Friday @ 6PM. If cancelling a Thursday appointment @ 3PM please cancel by 3PM Wednesday. If Monday is a holiday and you have an appointment on Tuesday we ask that you please cancel by end of business on the previous Friday @ 6PM.

Late Cancellation Fee Schedule: $125 – multiple occurrences will result in restricted online booking

*No-Show/Late Cancel Fee (After start of appointment): Full Price

We reserve the right to waive this policy at our sole discretion

Due to the current risk of COVID-19, all patients who are sick, or are experiencing symptoms (fever, trouble breathing, coughing), please contact us at (925) 222-5101 so we may convert your appointment to Telehealth for continuity of care.
